04 · About

A little more than a love for food.

Antara is a Bengali food creator, recipe developer and culinary storyteller based in Bangalore. She develops original recipes and produces culturally rooted food films, photography and campaigns — for her own audience and for brands.

Her kitchen is a studio: part archive of Bengali flavour, part laboratory for what those flavours can become — from niramish cholar dal for Pujo to a fifteen-minute chicken rice for a tired weeknight.

“A recipe is a story you can eat.”
