Who runs this site
This is the website of Antara, a food creator based in Bangalore, India. Contact: @artisan.antara on Instagram.
What we collect
- Collaboration enquiries — your name, company, email and the details you type into the form.
- Sign-ups (the Sunday Note, The Pantry waitlist, the Kitchen Academy list) — your email address, the list you joined and, if you choose, your interests.
- Nothing else. This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or its own cookies.
Why, and on what basis
Enquiry details are used only to reply to you and, if we work together, to manage the collaboration. Sign-up emails are used only to send the updates you asked for, based on the consent you give when you tick the box. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who processes it
Online form delivery is not switched on yet, so this site does not collect any form data. Until it is, the enquiry form helps you contact Antara by Instagram message or email instead.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to reply and, for collaborations, for the period required for contracts and accounts. Sign-up emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.
Instagram videos
Reels on this site are shown with Instagram’s own player, which loads only when you tap a reel. At that point Instagram (Meta) may set cookies and collect data under Instagram’s privacy policy. Cover images are stored on this site, so browsing does not contact Instagram.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you have shared, or unsubscribe, by messaging @artisan.antara on Instagram. Requests are handled promptly, and in any case within 30 days.
